About Us
Rapkowicz Appraisals is a full service appraisal firm performing high-quality appraisals for individuals, banks, mortgage companies, attorneys, and others. The types of properties we appraise are single family homes, 2 to 4 family residential properties, and land. Appraisals we provide include Fannie Mae Conventional, FHA, Rural Housing, USDA, Secondary Market appraisals, In-house Mortgage Appraisals and Driveby Appraisals.
